Learn the secrets to baking beautiful bakery style bownies complete with a creamy cheesecake and raspberry topping.
I'll reveal all my tips for substituting ingredients so you can create different flavour combinations and how to get perfect results every time!
Day 2 - 1 Minute Knead White Sandwich Loaf
Thu 21st May - Class available to view 7am Sydney time.
This is a fabulously easy way to bake bread and it only takes 1 minute of kneading time!Â
In this class you'll learn everything you need to know to bake bread that's soft and is perfect for sandwiches and toast. Once you've mastered this recipe, you'll never buy bread from a bakery or supermarket again, and it only costs $2 to make!
Day 3 - Lemon and White Chocolate Macadamia Bickies
Fri 22nd May - Class available to view at 7am Sydney time.
A sensational quick and easy bickie that will become your 'go-to' bickie recipe.
In this class I'll share with you how to make beautiful bickies the easy way, and how to substitute ingredients so you can create your own flavour combinations.
You'll also learn how to prevent your bickies from spreading and my trick for making them perfectly round...if you worry about those kind of things! đ
Day 4 -Â Catch Up Baking Day
Saturday 23rd May - We know trying to fit baking into a busy schedule can be a challenge.Â
Take this day to catch up on the classes before they expire on 28th May.
