Get comfy with a cuppa while we kick things off.

You’ll meet me (Sharon), learn what’s coming, and get answers to your baking questions right from the start.

Day 2 - Lemon and Passionfruit Melting Moments

Tue 21st October - Class available to view 7am Sydney time.

Say goodbye to buying bickies from the supermarket.

We’ll bake these melt in your mouth bickies and fill them with the ultimate lemon and passionfruit buttercream. 

I'll reveal all my tips for substituting ingredients to create lots of different flavour combinations and how to get perfect results every time!

Upside down apple and blueberry cake

Day 3 - Upside Down Apple and Blueberry Cake

Wed 22nd October - Class available to view at 7am Sydney time.

A sensational showstopper cake that takes minutes to put together. This cake will become your 'go-to' when you need a sweet treat that's quick and easy to get in the oven.

In this class I'll share with you the unwritten rules in cake baking so you can apply what you learn to any cake you make. 

You'll learn the science behing substituting ingredients so you can create your own flavour combinations too!

Day 4 - Sundried Tomato Feta and Scrolls

Thursday 23rd October - Class available to view 7am Sydney time.

These delicious scrolls are the perfect savoury treat.  The dough is beautifully soft and you can substitute any filling you like...sweet or savoury.  

In this class you'll learn everything you need to know to bake bread that's soft and stays fresh for days. Once you've mastered this recipe, you'll never buy scrolls from a bakery or supermarket again.

Almond Cream Blondies

Day 5 - Almond Cream Blondies

Friday 24th October - Class available to view at 7am Sydney time 

We all need a cake in our lives that's quick to make but looks and tastes spectacular...enter the lemon drizzle cake. 

With no electrical equipment in sight, this cake is perfectly tender and packed with beautiful lemon flavour, this cake is a crowd pleaser at any occassion!

Day 6 - Catch Up Baking Day

Saturday 25th - We know trying to fit baking into a busy schedule can be a challenge. 

Take this day to catch up on the classes before they expire on 26th June.

Day 7 - Baking Question and Answer Session, plus prize draws

Sun 26th October 2pm Sydney time - Duration 1.5 hours.
