🥣 Day 1 – Live Welcome + Q&A

Tue 17th February 4pm Sydney time - Duration 30 minutes

Get comfy with a cuppa while we kick things off.

You’ll meet me (Sharon), learn what’s coming, and get answers to your baking questions right from the start.

And...I'll let you know about some fantastic prizes you'll automatically be entered into just for turning up! 🎉

Day 2 - Raspberry Cheesecake Stuffed Muffins

Wed 18th February - Class available to view 7am Sydney time.

Say goodbye to buying muffins from the supermarket or bakery. 

We’ll bake these beautiful bakery style muffins and fill them with a gorgeous cheesecake filling.  

I'll reveal all my tips for substituting ingredients to create lots of different flavour combinations and how to get perfect results every time!

Day 3 - Homity Pie

Thu 19th Feb - Class available to view at 7am Sydney time.

A sensational homemade potato, onion and cheese pie that will become your 'go-to' when you need a meal that's tasty and easy on the pocket.

In this class I'll share with you how to make the best pastry the easy way so you can apply what you learn to any pie you make. 

Want to switch up the ingredients? You'll also learn how to substitute ingredients so you can create your own flavour combinations too!

Day 4 - 1 Minute Knead White Sandwich Loaf

Fri 20th Feb - Class available to view 7am Sydney time.

This is a fabulously easy way to bake bread and it only takes 1 minute of kneading time! 

In this class you'll learn everything you need to know to bake bread that's soft and is perfect for sandwiches and toast. Once you've mastered this recipe, you'll never buy bread from a bakery or supermarket again, and it only costs $2 to make!

Day 5 - Catch Up Baking Day

Saturday 21st - We know trying to fit baking into a busy schedule can be a challenge. 

Take this day to catch up on the classes before they expire on 26th Feb.

Day 6 - Baking Question and Answer Session, plus prize draws

Sun 22nd Feb 4pm Sydney time - Duration 1.5 hours.
