  • Milk
  • Granulated sea salt
  • Rennet & cheese culture that will make multiple kilos of cheese (suppliers links provided) 
  • Some inexpensive cheese baskets (suppliers links provided) 
  • Food thermometer (any kind of thermometer that can be inserted into milk like candy, coffee frothing or digital probe style etc)
  • A pot, slotted spoon, small jug, large knife or spatula
