🥣 Day 1 – Live Welcome + Q&A

Mon 16th June 11am Sydney time - Duration 30 minutes

Get comfy with a cuppa while we kick things off.

You’ll meet me, learn what’s coming, and get answers to your baking questions right from the start.

And...I'll tell you about some fantastic prizes you'll automatically be entered into just for turning up! 🎉

Day 2 -Classic Scones

Tue 17th June - Class available to view 7am Sydney time.

Say goodbye to flat, tough scones.

We’ll bake light, fluffy, jam-and-cream-worthy beauties that rise tall and taste even better.

I'll reveal all my tips for getting perfect results every time!

Day 3 - Pumpkin Sundried Tomato and Feta Scone Round

Wed 18th June - Class available to view at 7am Sydney time.

A savoury showstopper that’s perfect for lunch, picnics, or pairing with a hearty soup.

In this class we’ll take our classic scone recipe and turn it into the most delicious savoury scone.

You'll learn the science behing substituting ingredients so you can create your own flavour combinations...sweet or savoury!

Day 4 - The Best Sandwich Bread

Fri 19th June - Class available to view 7am Sydney time.

This bread only takes 1 minute of kneading time. Instead of relying on working the dough we use time instead to create this beautifully soft white sandwich bread. 

In this class you'll learn everything you need to know to bake a daily loaf of bread without have to use your muscles. Once you've mastered this bread, you'll never buy a loaf again.

Day 5 - The Iconic Lemon Drizzle Cake

Thu 20th June - Class available to view at 7am Sydney time 

We all need a cake in our lives that's quick to make but looks and tastes spectacular...enter the lemon drizzle cake. 

With no electrical equipment in sight, this cake is perfectly tender and packed with beautiful lemon flavour, this cake is a crowd pleaser at any occassion!

Day 6 - Catch Up Baking Day

Saturday 21st June - We know trying to fit baking into a busy schedule can be a challenge. 

Take this day to catch up on the classes before they expire on 26th June.

 

Day 7 - Baking Question and Answer Session, plus prize draws

Sun 22nd June 11am Sydney time - Duration 1.5 hours.

A casual live session to wrap things up, answer your final baking questions, and celebrate your Bake Week wins (with a few fun prizes too!). 🎉🎉🎉
